- Art at Council – Painter Olesia Kharlamova shared her untitled watercolour painting. This work explores the idea of “underwater” not as a physical place, but as an internal state. Beneath the surface, movement slows, sound softens, and details dissolve into shifting layers of light and colour. This imagined space becomes a metaphor for how emotions and memories are carried – present, yet not always visible or clearly defined. Learn more on the Art at Council page.

- Development Permit Amendment for Coronation Park (Inlet District) – Phase A (Wesgroup Properties) – Council approved an amended development permit to allow the conversion of the office building in Phase A to a residential building in accordance with the zoning, and to allow minor changes to the foundation, parkade plans, and rooftop mechanical areas. - OCP Amendment, Rezoning, and Overarching DP (Approval) – 60 Williams Street and 3006-3022 Spring Street (PCI Developments) – Council approved the bylaw amendments, the development agreement, and the overarching development permit to facilitate the development of a high-density mixed-use development in the Moody Centre Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area.
